Make it a goal to say something positive to three people (your kids, your spouse, your coworkers, and yes, even yourself!). When you do this, put one ice cream cone in the base. If you catch yourself (or someone else catches you) saying something negative, take all the cones back out and start over!
Don’t go to sleep until all three cones are in their place!
